Contact Us About Casino Reviews and Updates

Need to get in touch with the team behind Betting Academy Australia? This page lists the one channel we monitor.
What to email us about
We read everything sent to [email protected] and typically respond within 2 business days. If your message concerns one of the topics below, include as much detail as possible so we can act on it quickly.
Corrections and updates. Spotted an error in a review, an outdated bonus term, a licence number that no longer matches the regulator’s register, or a payment method description that has changed? Send us the page URL, a screenshot if you have one, and what needs fixing. We publish corrections rather than quietly editing pages, because readers deserve to know when the record changes.
Editorial questions. If you want to know how we rate casinos, how we handle affiliate relationships, or why a particular operator is (or isn’t) featured, ask away. We can also clarify points from our gambling law coverage — for example, how the Interactive Gambling Act targets providers rather than players, or what the planned payment blocking from 1 January 2027 may mean for deposits to offshore sites.
Partnerships and advertising. Business enquiries, content proposals and interview requests go to the same address. Please put "Partnership" in the subject line so we route them correctly.
What we cannot help with
Betting Academy Australia is an information service. We are not a casino operator, we do not hold player accounts, and we cannot:
- recover funds, reverse PayID or crypto transfers, or intervene in disputes with any operator
- unblock accounts, shorten self-exclusion periods, or access funds at blocked websites
- provide legal advice on Australian consumer law as it applies to offshore casinos
Gambling-related concerns
If your message is about your own or someone else’s gambling, this inbox is the wrong place — write to a support service instead. See our Responsible Gambling page for a list of Australian help services and practical tools.
Two things worth knowing before you rely on any self-exclusion tool: BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, covers licensed Australian operators but does not cover offshore casinos — registering will not close or block offshore accounts. And a BetStop exclusion cannot be shortened on request: removal requires a statutory declaration and is not possible during the first three months.
Before you write
If your enquiry involves an offshore operator, keep any screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps from your transactions — you will need them for a complaint, and we may ask for them too if we cover the case. Unlicensed operators can be reported to your state or territory regulator; we can point you to the right one.
We answer in English.
